Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, payments, and liaise with customers and suppliers
- Escalates customers disputes or enquiries to relevant departments and ensure proper follow up
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our SaaS and GPS tracking services.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
- Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy before processing.
- Resolve any discrepancies in billing information promptly.
- Update and maintain detailed records of customer billing accounts.
- Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals.
- Address and resolve customer billing questions and issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing-related financial reports.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Continuously improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin course
- Efficient with good skills on implementing standard procedures
- With minimum 2 years of experience in Billing or equivalent.
- Can work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
