Job Requirement: - Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Financial Management, or equivalent
Proficient in proofreading, communication, and attention to detail- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong multi-tasking skills, interpersonal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to be assigned in Mckinley, Taguig City
Willing to work under a 1 year project-based contract
Directly responsible in making sure the project will achieve timely collection of receivables (all types of assessments, including but not limited to dues, penalties and interests and amenity usage) in order to achieve the target collection efficiency result.- Monitor and maintain the Daily Collection Report to be submitted to the Property Head and Head Office on a daily basis
Responsible for the preparation of billing statements and distribution to respective lot/homeowners.
- Provide operational support to the Property Management.
