Job Responsibilities :
- Assist and provide support with the bill run process and resolve billing disputes.
- Facilitate the bill run process by ensuring the timely delivery of final invoices and reconciling revenue.
- Assist internal teams in handling escalations and issues concerning billing and provisioning.
- Provide customer service by investigating and resolving billing disputes, addressing customer queries about charges, invoice display, and account information via phone or email.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes from end-customers.
- Participate in billing-related projects.
- Conduct audits to identify potential discrepancies and rectify any issues to ensure accurate billing.
- Support the Billing Manager in addressing all billing-related concerns.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications :
- Advanced Excel expertise in formula and Macro such as Pivot, VLookUp and Index Match is required
- Must be knowledgeable in computing VAT.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in billing and/or provisioning and with knowledge in Bill Run Processes
- Strong understanding of financial operations, billing management, and provisioning, with a preference for experience within the telecommunications (Telco) industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adjust to change and take initiative.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Competence in both written and oral English communication.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and arrange tasks for efficient service delivery.
- Proven track record of collaborative teamwork, fostering a cooperative culture, and taking shared responsibility for achieving results in a customer-centric environment.
- Familiarity with Ticketing, Billing, or Cloud Management software and web-based platforms
