Strikingly is seeking a Bilingual Korean Customer Happiness Officer to provide exceptional support through email and chat. Our mission is to empower everyone to express their individuality with a modern, mobile-optimized website builder.
In this role, you will spread happiness and create WOW moments for our customers by:
- Emanating our brand and personality in every interaction through the Strikingly voice and tone.
- Delivering WOW moments by providing outstanding service to both new and existing customers across email, chat, and social media.
- Translating our product and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
- Developing deep expertise in our product and internal software to efficiently assist customers.
- Maintaining positivity and happiness in every interaction with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Professional-level communication skills in Korean and English.
- A strong passion for helping people, regardless of varying learning curves.
- A love for learning, problem-solving, and possessing analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- A working desktop/computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or newer, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher; and a minimum 20Mbps internet connection.
