QUALIFICATIONS: With good communications skills specifically Japanese and English.
Prefers if resource has N3 to N1 JLPT or JNAT certification (CERTIFICATION must be provided)
Nihongo reading/writing/speaking average skills
MS Windows PC skills is a must.
Keen to details and must have an ability to multi-task.
Preferably with have at least 1-year experience in Customer Service
Amenable to work on afternoon or mid shift with weekends off.
