Job Description
As a Bilingual Chinese - English Non-Voice Customer Support agent or Happiness Officer at Strikingly, you will be responsible for delivering professional and friendly service through email and live-chat channels. Your role will involve translating our product into Chinese and ensuring that customer communications are accurately localized.

- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
