Job Purpose
- Must be a highly organised and dynamic individual to support and liaise with the global outsource sales team. This person will have a good command of either Japanese, Mandarin, French, and English, and be an out of the box thinker. This candidate may be required to work additional hours to ensure the job in hand gets completed.
Job Duties
- Manage all briefs submitted by sales team. liaise with intercompany department to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full
- Manage the team to provide timely and effective administrative support to the global outsource sales team
- Ensure critical paths are developed for all orders received and work with the wider ASL team to ensure milestones are completed as planned
- Check all SO, PO and costing sheet are complete and accurate communicate with intercompany departments on daily basic to ensure production & supply is on schedule
- Any other duties as reasonably required
Skills And Experience
- Experience in promotional merchandising
- Experience in working closely with Global Sales teams
- Ability in handling product development projects independently through good communication, problem-solving skills and effective organization skills.
- Must be proactive, attentive to details with excellent analytical and numerical skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good PC knowledge in using MS office applications, SAP is preference.
- Good command of language skills in both written and spoken (Japanese, Mandarin, French, and English)
