Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues- Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and tests and determine proper solutions
Provide service and customer support during on-site visits
- Tie work flow to schedule
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols- Produce timely and detailed service reports, expense liquidation with receipts and submit official or collections receipts
Operate motor vehicle in a safely manner
Qualification:
- With professional or non- professional driver's license (1,2)
Automotive Servicing NCI or NCII is an advantage.- Atleast 2-3 years experience as motorcycle mechanic
With Driver's Manual and Automatic Transmission is advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Preventing Maintenance (Vehicle Repair) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge in Electrical Repair & Maintenance; Troubleshooting with NCII is an advantage.- Willing to be assigned in Caloocan Branch
