I. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinates with other divisions and/or departments to deliberate if the company is capable of participating in public biddings and then collate and prepare all necessary eligibility, technical, and financial documents for public biddings
Regularly check PhilGEPS website to monitor potential acquisition of new projects through public bidding- Updates the PhilGEPS registration by submitting relevant documents
Coordinates with military clients, procuring entities and end-users with regard to the schedule of public biddings, status of contracts and other matters
- Attends pre-bid conference, bid opening, technical testing of goods, deliveries, and other activities related to bid contract management.
Manages project risks through close coordination with the management and other departments to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.- Drafts minutes of the meeting and/or after activity reports, whichever is applicable, for all bid-related activities attended and/or participated.
Drafts Program of Expenditures (POE) and Fund Utilization Reports (FUR) for conducted bid-related activities.
- Regularly reports the status of ongoing projects and possible risks, issues and concerns that may arise to the Project Team Manager.
Assists in looking for potential business deals, potential partners, and opportunities to widen the scope of projects from firearms and ammunition to other defense projects by attending and exploring defense and trade shows- Monitors the public bidding contracts the department has participated and won.
Performs other tasks as directed.

Strong Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.- Graduate of any Business Course related.
