Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably IT);
Has good computer skills, excellent in MS Word and Excel, knowledgeable in PDF format and winrar or any compress software;
Good coordination skills and ability to work in a team; and
Willing to exert an extra mile.

Ability to multitask and concurrently manage, with a high degree of accuracy, several solicitations at varying degrees of completion;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public;
Excellent communication, written and verbal and interpersonal skills;
Advanced user in MS Office applications; demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including information gathering, organization, set up and development;
Ability to create documents with high degree of accuracy; with special attention to detail using various computer software;

Ability to have initiative and self-direction to perform all areas of responsibility; and
Ability to set and adhere to timelines and attention to detail.
Job Description:
Attends pre- bidding & bidding conference for upcoming projects;
Attends review meetings / final document reviews, manages document governance / sign off, print production and delivery of the completed proposal before bid submission;
Monitors projects thru Philgeps and Government Websites, responsible for identifying leads and proactively prospecting for bidding opportunities;
Prepares bid documents as requirements for government bidding, processes and completion up to post qualification;
Ensures bids are submitted on time and are as complete and accurate as possible (all bid documentation must be clear, concise and - crucially compelling);
Supervises and monitors overall project deliverable and status;
Organizes a filing system for important and confidential company documents relevant to Bidding;
Supports and assists to the Business Development, including coordinating meetings, minute taking and report collation;
Coordinates with the Business and Systems Analyst team in the review of each Technical Specifications and Approved Budget contract;
Coordinates with the Business Development team for review and sign the bid documents;
Compiles company project experience credentials documents, and capability statements, references, certificates etc. for bid compliance;
Supports and assists to the Business Development; and
Perform other tasks as may be deemed necessary and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
