We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Bid Coordinator to join our
Enterprise team.
- Main Responsibilities include:
Work and collaborate with Enterprise Strategic Bids and BD to coordinate and develop innovative, compelling, and quality proposals and other tasks in response to EOI, RFP, RFQ, etc.
Coordinating proposal scheduling and planning
Coordinating with the Enterprise Strategic Bids and BD and managing the ownership of information essentials for proposals, questionnaires, and forms
Supporting multiple business sectors to ensure bid submissions achieve the highest content standards meeting the clients needs and expectations
Maintaining database of CVs, project sheets, standard proposal questions, and pen pics
Conveniently maintaining boilerplate materials, cataloguing, updating, and retrieval
Populating non-technical sections and standard company inputs to tenders
Sourcing content from internal, digital libraries
Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of technical inputs
Proofing and tailoring of pre-written material
Coordinating the publishing team to develop and submit professional bids
Perform other pursuit and proposals related tasks as needed
- Experience, Capabilities & Competencies:
Ideally, 2-6 years of experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, English, Business Administration or Engineering related, etc.)
Demonstrated English verbal and written communication, strong computer skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humour
Experience in professional services is preferable
Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take the initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
Professional, approachable, and dependable
Strong attention to detail and efficient organisational and time management skills
The ability to handle multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment
