We are looking for a BI & Data Performance Analyst to join our Data & Performance Management team who will be creating and implementing new reporting and data feeds to support the operations department. This role plays a vital part in allowing the Operations Team to be part of the ongoing change that our organisation is going through but will also enable the team to continue to deliver results to the high standards that our customers are used to.

What will you do as a BI & Data Performance Analyst
Reporting to the Senior Process Improvement Analyst, the purpose of this role is the provision and analysis of data on key operational and business activities to support the delivery of operational services, demand planning and the development of new business intelligence tools and solutions for use in the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate, analyze, and deliver accurate business intelligence on key operational metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Develop automation solutions (Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint) for process improvements across Operations.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs, enhance data accuracy, and integrate diverse data sources.
- Support data presentation and accessibility by transitioning from paper to electronic media and creating dashboards.
- Contribute to large-scale projects by ensuring comprehensive reporting, KPI tracking, and effective data communication.
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role
We are looking for someone who is willing to see the big picture and someone that is comfortable with detail. You will need to get buy-in from different stakeholders and audiences so strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills are key as well as:
Essential:
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and familiar with SQL, PowerApps, and Power Automate; strong IT and systems competency.
- Minimum of 2 years in data analysis with experience in project delivery, performance tracking, and process implementation.
- Skilled in statistical analysis, forecasting, and complex modeling to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills; able to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to challenges and innovative solutions.
Desirable:
- Basic Python experience (particularly with the pandas and PySpark libraries)
- Knowledge of using Hue, Hadoop
