Job Description

The Benefits Management Head is responsible for ensuring that all benefits due to the employees are properly administered and booked. The jobholder also ensures that all payables and receivables to/from employees, are properly accounted for, paid and collected within set deadlines. In addition, they will also ensure that policies and procedures on benefits administration are updated and compliant with internal and external regulations, and benefits offered by the Bank are competitive in the industry.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 to 10 years experience in Benefits Administration
  • With people management experience
  • Knowledge in government regulations related to employee benefits administration
  • Interpersonal and communication
  • Skills Organization Skills
