- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room
Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval- Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions
Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized
