Hair Therapist performs services based on the standards to achieve individual and overall profitability of the branch.
Responsibilities
Financial
- Performs services to achieve individual and overall sales target
- Consistently comply with the standards to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies and the like.
- Monitors supplies to ensure that usage is within budget compliance.
Customer
- Provides services in accordance with the customer service standards.
- Carries out tasks in accordance with the brand image such as minor hair styling and blow drying.
Internal Process
- Complies with the standard waiting and service time duration.
- Assist in monitoring of stock inventory and records the proper usage of hair clinic products
- Assists in preparing reports on the usage of hair clinic products.
Learning and Growth
- Complies with the given schedule.
- Attends and participates actively in training and workshops.
- Ensures that the facilities are well maintained (Hair clinic appearance and cleanliness).Monitors supplies including but not limited to towel, etc.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate
- 1-2 years experience in the Salon Industry
- Basic blow-drying skills
