Job Description:
- Beauty Selling - Must be able to do suggestive selling and upselling of products. Assist clients in finding and selecting appropriate products.
Product Knowledge - Must be able to explain clearly: (a) Product (b) Product ingredients (c) Product benefits (d) Product uniqueness (e) Product compatibility.- Sales Target - Reach monthly target/quota
Inventory - Managing of stock and presentation of products
- Reporting - Give weekly report on sales and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a cosmetic brand.
Have decent knowledge about skin care and makeup routines.- Knows how to apply make-up and skin care.
Good communication, presentation and selling skills.
- Cosmetology education (preferred).
