YEAPS is looking for
Part-Time Beauty Advisor for Davao who can start ASAP.
Experience working in a Cosmetic Brand.
- Have decent knowledge about skin care and makeup routines Knows how to apply make-up and skin care.
Good communication, presentation and selling skills.- Cosmetology education is a plus.
Assess business owners/clients/guests with beauty needs and recommend appropriate products.- Give clients advice on the use and benefits of skincare and makeup
Identify client's skin types, skin tones, skin concerns and what their needs and goals are regarding make-up and skin care
- Must be able to do suggestive selling and upselling of products
Reach monthly target/quota (There will be benefits for reaching above monthly target)- Must be able to explain clearly: (a) Product (b) Product ingredients (c) Product benefits (d) Product uniqueness (e) Product compatibility.
Capable of performing effective product demonstrations especially during f2f trainings
Part-time Employment
Schedule: 3 days - Thursday, Friday, Saturday (might change depending on the store needs), 10am-7pm
