• Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using scripts and procedures.

• know the company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries during training period.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.

• Qualifications:

Can attend onsite interview at Ortigas (for face to face Interview only)

• Amenable to working onsite

Bpo experience is a plus

• Good Typing skills

Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status

• 18 years old and above

at least conversant/ Basic English

• at least HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE

Candidates must be conversant in English language.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
