MAIN FUNCTION: Strategy & Usage Marketing Manager
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Strategy & Usage Manager for BDO's Digital channels Digital Banking and BDO Pay. He/she is a co-marketing leader responsible for creating plans and driving initiatives that will increase acquisition & usage for your designated area and will work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations Support, IT, Customer Experience, Analytics, and Branch Banking to execute with excellence across the bank.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Usage Ownership
He/she will act as a co-leader for your usage goals and continuously identify opportunities and gaps which will lead to initiatives you own or initiatives that you will collaborate on with other key stakeholders (Product, Branch, Marketing, CCC, etc.)
2. Growth Strategy and Road mapping
He/she will co-create and co-drive execution of plans to achieve usage goals on a quarterly basis on top of organic growth
3. Paid Growth
Leverage performance marketing, brand marketing and content to accelerate Sign Ups & product usage. Work with relevant marketing teams to define the marketing brief (WHY-WHO-WHAT-HOW) and ensure that execution drives growth.
