_Job Description:_
- _Planning, execution and managing of Koncepto Pop-Up Bazaar Events. _
- Planning and coordinating events, such as festivals, holiday markets, or themed bazaars.
- Working with local businesses, sponsors, and community organizations to enhance event offerings.
- Managing event logistics, including permits, entertainment, and security.
- _Operations Management_
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and overall presentation of the bazaar.
- Ensuring the bazaar complies with all local regulations and health and safety standards.
- Managing vendor stalls, ensuring they are appropriately allocated and maintained.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
- Implementing customer service policies and training staff to handle customer interactions effectively.
- _Vendor Relations Management_
- Recruiting and selecting vendors to participate in the bazaar.
- Coordinating vendor in terms of concerns, contracts, payments, and renewals.
- _Sales and Marketing_
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract visitors and boost sales.
- Organizing promotional events, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Monitoring sales performance and analyzing market trends to make informed decisions.
- _Financial Management_
- Overseeing financial transactions, rent collection from vendors, and budget management for operational expenses.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and financial goals.
- _Staff Supervision_
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
- Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring staff performance meets standards.
- Conducting regular staff meetings and evaluations.
- _Reporting and Analysis_
- Preparing regular reports on bazaar performance, sales, and vendor feedback.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and making strategic decisions.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management or stakeholders.
_Qualifications:_
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or Business
Course is preferred;
With at least 1-2 years of experience as Bazaar Supervisor or Manager
Excellent in analytical skill and attention to details
Must have excellent tenant relations and be customer oriented
Has excellent leadership skills, personnel management and administrative skills
Exercise professionalism at all times
Strong interpersonal and PR skills;
Able to be creative operationally and strategically;
Knowledgeable in using MS Office apps and Google Productivity apps such as, Google
Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs and Google Slides;
Excellent knowledge in Marketing Strategies;
Full understanding of social media platforms;
Willing to do field works.
