Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Batching Plant Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of daily operation at batching plant and ensures to maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas from production to delivery.-Oversee efficient plant operations related to production and scheduling.-Manage the schedule and performance of production.-Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories by managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement, and additive- Supervise the personnel, equipment operators, driver and other staff.
