Control the panel board/control board weighs and mix ingredients such as aggregates, water, cement, and admixture to produce concrete according to the approved mixed design.- Conducts daily checking of batching plant including support equipment Batch concrete according to the schedule ensure 100% compliance to the designed mixes.
Observe gauges, dials, and operation of machinery to ensure conformance to processing specifications Coordinates with site personnel for any concern at the site.
- Conduct inspection of the batching plant including support equipment and coordinates with plant maintenance for any repair to avoid down during operations To batch all design given by the operation head/authorized staff or thru dispatch.
Operate computerized batching plant by mixing aggregates, cement and water to produce concrete that conforms to order specifications- Verify and adjust material dosage/ quantities as per client specification
Batches concrete loads according to specifications
- Orders raw materials daily for production.
Coordinates, receipts and manages inbound deliveries of raw materials.- Discharges materials into ready mix trucks.
Coordinate with sales and field technicians to gather design requirements
- Ensure that inventory stock is available for batching requirements
Perform routine adjustment and repair of batching plant equipment or parts Ensure that enviroment and safety standards are met- Reports all injuries, accidents and dangerous occurrence immediately.
Complies to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements identified within the organization.
- Perform any other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Applicants must be Graduate of Civil Engineering Technology or any relevant courses
Experience is an advantage but not required
