Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly and accurately.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
- Assess customers needs and preferences to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency.
- Uphold the integrity of the establishment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Understanding of beverage and menu terminology, including classic cocktails.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
