JOB DESCRIPTION BARTENDER- Should be knowledgeable in the different alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including wines. Makes all requisition for beverage.
Prepares mise en place of the bar prior to start of operations. Ensures cleanliness of the area at all times.- Takes drink order at the bar counter, incorporate suggestive selling.
Ensures that drinks are served correctly with proper garnishes and in appropriate glassware as per Mansion standards.
- Never leave the work area without informing their superior.
Has the ability to cope up under pressure, always act in a pleasant way, cheerful and courteous.- Should report unusual incident of guest complaint to Bar Manager immediately so that proper action can be taken at once.
Ensure that all equipment in the bar area are used in such manner as to prevent damage, report all equipment failure or loss to the Head Bartender as soon as possible. Make all requisition for beverage and supplies for the smooth flow of operation. Conduct daily inventory.
- Adhere to all Mansion policies and procedures.
Works as a team and offer assistance whenever it requires. Must perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php14,- 50 - Php25,000.00 per month
