Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Customer Welcome and Service- Warmly welcome and seat customers upon arrival. Provide menus and take orders promptly, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Menu Knowledge- Stay well-informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotional offerings. Be ready to provide detailed information to customers when required.
Menu Presentation- Provide engaging and detailed menu presentations to guests, highlighting the unique aspects of each dish.
Explain ingredient details, preparation methods, and any customization options available.
Guest Assistance
- Actively engage with guests to understand their dining preferences, including dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
Offer tailored menu suggestions based on guests preferences, ensuring an enjoyable and safe dining experience.- Provide alternatives for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies, collaborating closely with the kitchen team to accommodate their needs.
Food and Beverage Service- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to quality and presentation standards. Attend customer needs and inquiries throughout their dining experience.
Conflict Resolution- Address customer concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
Cleanliness and Hygiene- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. Monitor and address any spillage or mess promptly.
Table Setup and Clearing- Assist with setting up tables and clearing them after customers leave. Ensure that utensils, glassware, and table settings are consistently prepared for each guest.
General Restaurant Support- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. Assist with tasks such as restocking supplies, organizing the server station, and ensuring the dining area's overall comfort.
High school diploma or degree in any subject- Previous work experience as a Cashier or a similar position in the Hospitality department
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Having a welcoming attitude- Ability to work for long and flexible hours and on weekends
Should be willing to work on public holidays and festival days
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
Highly motivated individual- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain the integrity
Ability to work collaboratively and independently- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
Good time management skills
