Job Description

  • Drink Preparation and Service:

    - Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and company standards.

    - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

    - Serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Customer Service:

    - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

    - Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Bar Maintenance:

    - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, equipment, and utensils.

    - Ensure all bar supplies and stock are adequately maintained and replenished.

    - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

  • Cash Handling and Inventory:

    - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

    - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies.

    - Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the Bar Manager.

  • Compliance and Regulations:

    - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

    - Check customers identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.

    Qualifications:


    - Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.

    - In-depth knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

    - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    - Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure.

    - Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

    - A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in bartending is a plus.

    - Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.

    Physical Requirements:


    - Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.

    - Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of liquor.

    - Manual dexterity for handling bar equipment and utensils.

    Work Environment:


    - Fast-paced bar or restaurant setting.

    - Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are typically required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
