Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves maintaining bar operations, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Drink Preparation:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of drinks.
2.Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
3.Bar Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including utensils and glassware.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
4.Cash Handling:
- Process payments accurately, handle cash, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Prepare and present checks to guests.
5.Compliance:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards.
6.Collaboration:
- Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training new bartenders and staff as needed.
7.Creativity:
- Stay updated on cocktail trends and create unique drink specials to enhance the menu.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and suggestions for new drinks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Certification in bartending.
- Experience: Previous experience of at least 1 Year as a bartender.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
