ABOUT THE ROLE:We are searching for a barista/server/wine sommelier, open to entry level, part time, or full time who will be responsible for the following:
- Create a memorable experience for guests by entertaining them and making them feel welcome and comfortable. Talk to guests about the wines and dishes, and make recommendations for them. Provide wine tastings.
Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, including taking orders and submitting orders accurately to kitchen staff, serving food and drinks, and ensuring bills are paid.- Administrative duties (tracking inventory, managing vendors, developing wine lists and beverage programs), and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- You are passionate and excited to learn about coffee, natural wines, wholesome food, and genuine hospitality.
You have good communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.- You have good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is desired, particularly sommelier, waiter, barista, or bartender experience.
- Flexible working hours and rostering options including casual and part-time options. Suitable for students, artists, entrepreneurs and other persons requiring unconventional schedules.

You will learn about natural wine and wine in general, be trained under an internationally qualified wine professional (WSET Level 3) and importer of natural wine. You will be exposed to top sommeliers and wine professionals of the Philippines. You will be included in tasting sessions and you will enjoy very good wine.- You will be part of a small and dynamic team, and be exposed to various aspects of running a food and beverage business. You will learn from experienced restaurant and bar owners. And you will be exposed to top individuals in the food and beverage industry when we do collaborations.
