Job Description:
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, covering coffee preparation, customer service, and store operations
Assist in the development and updating of training manuals and materials- Lead by example in the preparation of coffee and other offerings of Tomo Coffee
Ensure that all baristas adhere to Tomo Coffee's quality standards and follow established recipes and procedures
- Continuously assess and evaluate the quality of coffee preparation and service
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee progress, and assessments- Collaborate with the Chief Managing Partner and Chief Operating Partner to assess trainees skills and knowledge during practical exams at the end of the training period
Participate in decision-making regarding trainees progression to regular barista roles
- Mentor baristas seeking to improve their skills or advance in their careers
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, with a strong background in coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Proven experience in training or mentoring baristas or staff in a coffee or hospitality setting
Exceptional coffee knowledge, including different brewing methods and coffee origins- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and helping others
- High level of organization and attention to detail
Has own laptop- Preferably has own motorcycle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
