Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks consistently by following recipes.
- Take customer orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Clean and maintain the coffee equipment and work area.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish items as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and answering their questions.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
