Summary of role requirements:
Responsible for providing excellent customer experience through the creation of high-quality coffee and beverages
Responsible for the management of customer experience in the dining area by providing support in the daily service operations thus achieving outlet profitability thru customer engagement, sales achievement, process improvement, and inventory management.
Graduate of Culinary Science or related Field
With at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality/food industry
Bartending/Barista/Culinary Certification will be an advantage
