You'll follow recipes to make a variety of beverages, interact with customers and suggest drinks, and keep the coffee bar clean and organized. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining our coffee options and handling transactions smoothly. While prior experience is helpful, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of operating espresso machines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail for preparing quality beverages consistently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
