JOB SUMMARYThe Barista is responsible for welcoming customers and taking customers orders and payment. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the store/coffee counter.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes customers as they come in.
Provides customers with a drink menu and addresses any inquiries regarding the ingredients.
- Prepares beverages according to recipes and fulfills customer orders.
Receives and processes payments- Maintains the cleanliness of the beverage area
Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Communicates customer feedback and suggests menu additions to managers.
