Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Ensures preventive maintenance program for all store equipment are conducted.
- Generates the target revenues and maintain agreed cost levels.
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Prepares manpower schedule.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Attend quarterly P&L meetings
- Prepares and submits required store reports.
- Approves and forwards requests for replenishment of raw materials, products, and store supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:_
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management any related/ equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a supervisor
- Ability to use restaurant management software
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Very confident in dealing with people.
- Strong leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker
