This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel's guests. To assist the Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous 5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
