Salary is up to 170K Monthly Gross

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank QA Test Manager located in Makati. The QA Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, developing test strategies, ensuring quality assurance, and applying analytical skills to enhance the testing processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of managerial position leading a team of Quality Analysts
• At least 5 years of experience doing QA Testing for Bank Projects
• Test Execution and Test Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Quality Assurance expertise
• Test Strategy development
• Experience in banking or financial industry testing
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Relevant certification in Quality Assurance or Testing
