Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in the banking industry
Knowledge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Experience in rural banking is a plus
