Baling Operations Head is accountable for efficiently monitoring and managing all baling stations includes:
Overseeing and controlling duties of all baling supervisors
Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operation of each baling station
Maintaining ang managing the baling machines and equipment in all baling stations
Monitoring and evaluating the buying prices of waste from competitors
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering and other related management fields.
Experience: With at least 5 years experience in management
Proven ability to generate ideas and continuously improve all areas of responsibility
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office
Driver's License if any.
