  • Objective of the role:

To oversee the daily operations of the retail bakery outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient production, and adherence to quality standards to meet customer demands and drive sales growth.

  • Job Description:
  • Customer Service Excellence
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing product recommendations and assistance as needed
  • Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolving issues to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the bakery display area to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Sales and Revenue Generation

Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, product presentation, and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to increase sales volumes
Implement strategies to manage inventory levels, minimize wastage, and optimize product mix to meet customer demand and sales targets
  • Team Leadership and Training
Lead and supervise bakery staff, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure teamwork, productivity, and adherence to standards
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, customer service skills, and operations procedures to enhance employee competencies and performance
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and resolve conflicts or issues among team members to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce
  • Operational Efficiency

Manage daily bakery operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and regulatory requirements to uphold product quality and safety
Implement operational procedures, policies, and guidelines to streamline processes, minimize errors, and optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency

  • Job Requirements:
Preferably graduate of any of the following

  • Tourism

  • Hospitality

  • Culinary

  • TESDA training
  • With at least 3 years prior or on-going work experience as Bakery Retail Supervisor for breads and dessert
Should be amenable to work in Camarin, North Caloocan City

  • Key Performance Indicator:
  • Sales Performance
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue and growth compared to targets
  • Average transaction value and conversion rates for upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Customer satisfaction scores and feedback related to service quality and overall experience
  • Inventory Management

Inventory turnover ratio and accuracy of stock counts
  • Percentage of stockouts and excess inventory levels
Cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross profit margins achieved through effective inventory control
  • Staff Productivity and Engagement
Employee turnover rate and retention of key staff members
  • Training participation rates and impact on employee performance and customer service standards
Employee satisfaction survey results and feedback on workplace culture and leadership
  • Operational Efficiency
Compliance with opening and closing procedures, cash handling protocols, and safety regulations
  • Efficiency of bakery operations in terms of production output, order fulfillment, and customer services wait times
Number of operational issues or incidents reported and their resolution timeframes

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
