Basic Requirements
Education and Training:
At least a high school graduate, with or without experience. Can handle pressure, fast learner, and team player.
- Should have completed at least secondary education. Competent enough to fluently and clearly express concepts and ideas orally and in writing.
Preferably have been oriented on GMP and 5S systems
Technical Requirements/Skills:- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Should be analytical and with strong leadership skills.
- Should be capable of dealing with all personnel at all levels of the organization.
Preferably knowledgeable about the different steps and technical aspects of baking.- Should be computer literate.
Experience:- Should have at one year of work-related experience in a manufacturing set-up.
Preferably have experience working in a bread manufacturing plant.
