The
Bakery Commissary Manager manages and participates to the day to day commissary operations and production.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the production process and deliverables.
- Production planning and control.
Quality assurance from raw materials to finished goods.- Determines quantities of products and other merchandise required to stock commissary, from inventory, and prepares requisitions or buys merchandise to replenish stock
Responsible for ordering products to stock the needs of commissary to include produce, supplies and other raw materials;
- Research and development of new products and equipment
Negotiate prices with vendors and solicit competitive bids in order to evaluate new or alternative products for possible use;- Responsible for recording and identifying each department's daily commissary order;
Responsible for preparing and managing the budget of the commissary.
- Responsible for performing regular inventory in accordance with established commissary structure and standards.
Responsible for working with commissary team members as needed by performing within the normal range of skilled commissary activities including receiving and delivering shipments, preparing orders- Keep records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
