Maintain quality and consistency levels of production and presentation in Baking different kinds of Bread- Monitors inventory, ordering and checks quality of baking ingredients
Maintain and set sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in work areas
- Develop, implement, and execute all pastry and bakery menus for all culinary area
Perform other related task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of a 4-Year Course in Culinary Arts or its equivalent- With at least 1 year work related experience as a Baker
Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
Excellent leadership, planning, and organizing skills
- Willing to work in #10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City
