I. JOB OBJECTIVE (JO)Produces best quality baked products (cakes, breads and pastry) for display on the shelves based on display lay out and production plan target of his / her assigned shift.
- II. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
Member Service
1 Provide member with new and freshly baked or served bakery products at all times.
- Ensures that proper cleaning procedures and standards are being done religiously in the
display areas during the shift operation.
- Interact with members and attend to member inquiries.
- B. Stocks
Prepares or log daily bakery items inventory ending report (finished or unfinished items).
Prepares daily bakery production log which is divided into shift production log.
Prepares dough and batter mixes. Bakes or prepares all bakery items based on production schedule.
Assists in the conduct of weekly inventory of freezer stocks, raw materials and bakery ingredients and supplies.
Advices or assists the Bakery Supervisor in controlling the Bakery Item of the Week.
Arranges stocks inside the freezer, chiller and on top of the overstock. Implement FIFO System.
Prepares disposal / throwaways report on a weekly basis.
Checks sell by or expiration dates and update the Bakery Supervisor
Assist in preparing daily shopping list.
- Initiates product or item demo.
- Ensures freshness in appearance & color and smell of the items while on display.
- Prepares and implement Bakery Item of the Week.
- Grooming & Decorum
Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with members inquiries.
Proper hygiene, neat, clean and presentable appearance should be observed at all times.
- Proper handling and maintenance of all equipments within its standard use..
- IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background : At least college level
Work Experience : At least three (3) years experience in related industry
