Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Baker 3 specializing in artisan breads, Danish pastries, croissants, and local breads. The ideal candidate will be willing to work the graveyard shift and have at least one year of experience in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bakeArtisan breads,Danish pastries,Croissants, andlocal breads.
• Ensure high-quality standards and presentation in all baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bread and Pastry program, college graduate, or senior high school.
• Minimum 1 yearofexperiencein ahotel, resort, or fine-diningenvironment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Willing to workwithgraveyard shift.
