The position is responsible for conducting and monitoring background verification (BGV) requests and managing client relationships by updating trackers and providing weekly progress updates to ensure the timely completion of requests and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially in Excel
Good Oral and/or Written Communication Skills- At least 2 years of experience in Background Verification (Preferred)
Receive and print application forms, assign batch numbers, and track requests in the tracker.- Encode subject names in the tracker, assign a Processor, and distribute forms.
Update and maintain client-specific trackers, ensuring timely updates and accurate report submissions.
- Identify and follow up on Deemed Closed items weekly, organizing further closure attempts.
Gather verification request letters, schedule delivery by Liaison Staff, and monitor the status of dispatched letters.- Monitor academic payment requests, schedule payments, and update proof of payment in the tracker.
Provide clients with weekly progress updates on report statuses via email.
