Under the supervision of the Line Leader, this role is responsible and accountable for ensuring that property information, records and transactions are complete and accurately entered into the client provided system
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attends and completes training course adhering to the specific terms and conditions indicated in the signed contract/training agreement.
- Examines documentations such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts and agreements in order to verify factors such as property legal description, ownership, or restriction.
- Searches, analyzes, and evaluates records relating to titles of homes, lands, and buildings.
- Ensures that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use.
- Prepares title reports and/or title commitments and any other reports/products requested by customers.
- Checks for accuracy of all information in the report prior to completion of an order.
- Reviews the output of other examiners to ensure that the product is of high quality prior to delivery.
- Adheres to the channel's standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a 4-year course or must have completed 2-year college education.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but preferred at least to have 6 months of work experience or at least 1 year of experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
1 year or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
