- Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Review providers session notes and provide reminders on incomplete data
- Make follow up on providers task via SMS, Email and/or Phone call
Input providers schedule and assist in correcting issues with the providers schedule on client tools
At least 6 months BPO Experience- Excellent verbal and written English skills
Proficiency in using MS Tools (Word and Excel)
- Experience in using Central Reach Tool is a PLUS
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong- Amenable working night shift
