Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Write code for new software applications, encompassing both backend development.
  • Undertake software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Contribute to the provision of Enterprise-grade solutions by developing robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Perform full life cycle software development of distributed web applications, from conception to deployment.
  • Design and develop new systems, outlining client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications to support software functionalities.
  • Manage the complete software development process, ensuring timely delivery and highquality output.
  • Maintain and upgrade software following deployment, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.
  • Conduct peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to deployment with minimal direction.
  • Promote adherence to software development standards and processes within the team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly regular reports of progress, keeping stakeholders informed of project status.
Tasks:
  • Write code for new and existing software applications, focusing on backend development.
  • Oversee automated testing and provide feedback during the development process.
  • Design, debug, and manage systems, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient server communication.
  • Collaborate with company leadership and the entire product team in defining, designing and launching new software features.
  • Write effective APIs with appropriate security components to facilitate data
  • communication.
  • Preferred Skill Sets and Nice to Haves:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum three (2) years of experience in IT, with a focus on backend development.
  • Knowledge in Apigee and Microservices are considered nice-to-have.
  • Proficiency in C#, such as .NET framework or .NET Core.
  • Adept in using NodeJS and Vanilla JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience in consuming REST services, as well as SOAP and Restful Services.
  • Good experience in AWS lambda microservices and integration services (OAUTH and OAUTH2).
  • Can start ASAP
