Job Description

  • Business Development: Seek out and pursue new business opportunities in the Philippines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to uncover trends and opportunities, representing the company at local industry events.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and lead negotiations to secure advantageous contracts.
  • Reporting: Regularly provide sales reports and forecasts to upper management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of B2B sales in the IT sector, with a focus on business development and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market, culture, and IT products and services.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and company owners in meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and industry-specific insights.
  • An established network of business contacts in the region.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and regularly to the headquarters in Europe.
