UNCAPPED COMISSION
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B sales associate to join our dynamic sales team. The B2B sales associate will be responsible for lead generation, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the business-to-business sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in the target market through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients business needs and tailor outreach strategies to address those needs effectively.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase our products and services.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Requirements:
Proven track record in lead generation and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
  • Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques and strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling business products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based role, with occasional travel to meet clients.
  • Normal working hours with occasional evenings or weekends required to meet deadlines.
  • Salary and Benefits:
Salary range and benefits package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
